Sarah Hoit builds technology that changes how people live and age. A social entrepreneur and longtime tech CEO, she has spent three decades at the intersection of innovation, health, and social impact, scaling platforms that turn breakthrough ideas into measurable improvements in people's lives.

Today she is Co-Founder and CEO of VitalityIP, a precision nutrition company using AI to connect food, individual health data, and science into a single engine for better health outcomes — built on a simple conviction: food is the missing ingredient in better health.

Healthy aging and brain health run throughout her work. As Co-Founder and Chairman of the Global Brain Health Initiative with Social Impact Partners, she leads a nonprofit advancing brain health through collaboration, innovation, and investment. She is also a partner in the Retail Health Initiative at Harvard's Managing the Future of Work program, bringing corporate leaders together to embed health strategy into how business gets done.

Her earlier career spans the private and public sectors: Co-Founder and CEO of Connected Living, Chief Social Impact Officer at BioVie, Deputy Director of National Service at the White House, and CEO and Chair of Explore Inc. She serves on boards and advisory groups including HelloGard Robotics, CaringKind, UsAgainstAlzheimer's, Dementia Friendly America, Tenacity, and Argentum Women in Leadership.

Sarah is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School, where she was awarded a public service fellowship.
